1:laser cutting the precise earth map with national border by our laser cutting machine.
2: bending the steel world map sheet to spherical shape.
3:Assembling all pieces of sheet to the large metal globe by argon arc Welding,then polishing the welding seams.

• Size Range:∅400MM to ∅3500MM(∅16inch-∅11½ ft))
• Covered metal world map thickness :1mm to 6mm (20GA to 3GA)
• Frame tube diameter is variate with the globe size changes.normally we’re bending with ∅19mm(¾”),∅25mm (1″),∅38mm(1½”),∅51mm(2″).
• sandblasting the world map with country name and national boundary line is available on customization.
• Implementing Rotating system on your demand.
