Assembling

The metal world globe is assembled with three steps.
1:the first step is the bending the metal tube to the spherical frame. the tube can be made with hollow steel tube or solid steel tube.
2:the second step is laser cutting the precise stainless steel/carbon steel/brass/aluminum world map continent. then bending the metal world map to spherical shape.
3:the third step is assembling the world map with tube frame.
4:the final step is surface finish.It can be made with mirror polishing, Brushed(satin), Sandblasting, Electroplating titanium color and spray painting.

Attributes:

• Size Range:∅400MM to ∅3500MM(∅16inch-∅11½ ft))
• Covered metal world map thickness :1mm to 6mm (20GA to 3GA)
• Frame tube diameter is variate with the globe size changes.normally we’re bending with ∅19mm(¾”),∅25mm (1″),∅38mm(1½”),∅51mm(2″).
• sandblasting the world map with country name and national boundary line is available on customization.
• Implementing Rotating system on your demand.
