• Firstly we forming the stainless steel oval sphere by water pressure method like our large steel balls. it’s assembled by pieces high quality SS304 or SS316 stainless steel sheet. and grinding the welding seams and polishing first.

• After polishing,we’ll draw petal line on the steel oval sphere. the oval sphere will be cut to four petal in general.Then we’ll use laser cutting the pattern.
• Finally we’ll assembled each petal to an entire steel oval ball again. grinding and mirror polishing the surface.you can click “video” table for more detailed information.
